My Future

Qualify as a chartered accountant through ICAS and RGU with honours degree

Choosing My Destination

When choosing my destination, I sought advice mainly from my parents, friends, family, friends and of course teachers

Extra Curricular & Work Experience

I knew work experience sets you out from the crowd so I made sure I did a lot of different types. For example, I did weekly volunteering at Ladeside Primary, worked in my parents bakers and did work experience in Drummond Laurie (a chartered accountants)

I developed my confidence and communication skills

My Advice

Take whichever route you think is best for you and not what your friends are doing
